Can you give me some information on shipping?
Once an order is placed a tracking number is provided within 9-15 business days from Saturday of purchase. Once tracking is provided items take 2-3 business days. Upon rare cases shipment can take longer. We do not offer refunds related to shipping delays. International customers are subject to additional shipping cost. Can you give me some information on your return policy?
All return requests are reviewed by several Soleheat team members. As stated before all of our products are 100 percent authentic and proof of that can be provided. Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. We do not process returns or cancellations that are caused by buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. We have the right to adjust restocking fee's based on discretion.
Can you give me some information on Quality Control?
Soleheat is not responsible for excess glue, minor mis-stitchings, and dust marks. All items must pass through a comprehensive test by 3-4 team members. Please note footwear is hand crafted and is subject to minor flaws. All shoes have passed through the basic guidelines of quality control.
Do you guys double box the shoes?
Of course, we double box all the shoes in order to maintain the clean condition of the box and guarantee the freshness of the kicks. We also insure all items for their full value prior to shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
This store uses an integrated invoice system platform called quickpay. Once you check out a Soleheat Support Member will contact you to finalize your transaction.
