What is Soleheat.com?
We are a sneaker selling website that specializes in selling extremely rare highly sought after sneakers that are extremely rare. All the shoes we sell are deadstock and 100 percent Authentic. We do not sell B-Grades or Factory Variants. Only the best of the best.
What is your return policy?
All items returned to Soleheat.com must be the exact item unworn and in deadstock condition. The item must be sent back the way it was sent to you. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns to Soleheat.com headquarters. Buyers most complete an authorization form immedatiely after purchasing to finalize transaction. Items can vary on lengths of time whether reserve or in stock. All items are inspected by a team of trained professonals prior to shipment. All items are shipped prioirty mail with insurance. How do I place an order?
As simple as clicking the shoe and pressing add to cart. Payments can be processed using a secure merchant account setup, amazon payments, google wallet, COD, and money order.
Do you buy shoes or accept trades from individuals?
Yes we only buy new and Authentic items but if you are looking to sell some of your collection please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I sell my shoes on your site?
Thats a possiblity we are looking into as we are looking for ways to add a consignement location to our website.
Do you accept pre-orders?
Yes. This is on a case to case basis but we normally do have access to preordering most shoes are coming up in the future months ahead of release dates.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. You must do this through contact us.
How long will it take to receive my shoes?
We ship our items 24 hours from the day you paid and we ship Priority Mail. It should take 2-7 business days depending on location. Reserve items may take from 2-4 weeks to be shipped to your door. Tracking information is provided to all who request it.
Can you ship to a PO BOX or APO/FPO address?
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Where are your shoes shipped from?
From our PO Box Located within Manheim Pennsylvania.
